At Darlly Europe we have complete confidence in the quality and effectiveness of our products. When you purchase one of our filters from your retailer you receive a 12 monthly Satisfaction Guarantee.
If during the first 12 months of purchase the product fails to function correctly we will immediately supply you with a replacement product.
Our guarantee is subject to certain terms & conditions and exclusions, which do not affect your statutory rights.
Our guarantee covers the material structure of any filter purchased by you against material defects for the first 12 months of the life of the product.
Providing you have undertaken weekly cleaning of your filter, we recommend using Darlly Filter Cleaner code SC796 and the Cyclone Filter Cleaner, code SC 785, to brush and flush the cartridge. This will help you to keep your filter in optimum condition.
At our discretion, we will replace the product.
Our guarantee does not cover:
(i) Damage caused by flushing with high-pressure hoses or devices;
(ii) Misuse or abuse;
(iii) Non-consumer use;
(iv) Failure to install correctly;
Our guarantee is limited to the price paid for the filter cartridge.
