Here at Hot Tub Parts Superstore we strive to deliver your purchased products quickly, efficiently and safely to your requested delivery address. We currently use a few shipping companies such as DPD, UPS, & DHL to achieve the most cost effective methods for delivering the different types of products that we stock.
All our shipments are tracked and signed for by our designated shipping companies. If you leave us your mobile telephone number at the payment checkout we will pass this on when shipping with DPD. DPD offer a great service and will notify you by text your delivery date along with your hour time slot on the day of delivery.

United Kingdom - Mainland
Delivery to England, Wales & Scotland (Excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands).
Order values over £100 - Free DPD Next day delivery. (Excludes hot tub covers)
Order values between £0-£100 - £7.80 DPD Next day delivery.
Provide your mobile phone number during checkout and you will receive a text from DPD on the morning of delivery day with your 1-hour delivery slot.
Spa and hot tub covers are freight delivered to UK Mainland only at a cost of £24 inc VAT due to size and weight. Delivery to Northern Ireland and Ireland please contact us for a delivery quote. We no longer ship spa covers to other European destinations.

Worldwide Shipping
We will ship spa parts out to any part of the world, if you have seen a part on our website that you can't source locally we will be more than happy to send it out for you simply give us a call or email us with your delivery address and we will come back to you as quickly as possible with a shipping quote.
Shipping Chemicals & Liquids
Due to international chemical handling laws, we can only deliver chemicals and liquids to mainland UK.
Out of Stock Actions
In the unfortunate event of a product that you have ordered being out of stock here is what action is taken.
1/ You will be contacted firstly by phone from the number given on the order or email you if unsuccessful.
2/ If possible, offer you an alternative product that we have in stock.
3/ Alternatives are not always possible so in this case, we would either place the item on backorder or offer you a full refund for your purchase.
4/ Refunds can take up to 7 days, backordered items in most cases take as a rule 7-10 days to re-stock but due to Covid-19 & Brexit delays with manufacturers and production could cause further delays. We will contact you with updates on lead times.
If an item gets put on backorder from a multiple item order we will give you the following choices.
1/ Refund you for this item and send the remainder of the order out to you, notifying you when it returns to stock so you can purchase it.
2/ Hold the full order and wait for the back ordered item to return back into stock, sending you a complete order.
Unfortunately we don't cover double shipping orders, for example send in stock items out and then ship the remaining backordered item when it returns in stock. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.

Laing/Balboa 2.9kW Half Loop Style Low Flow Heater
High-quality replacement Half Loop Style Low Flow 2.9kW Balboa/Laing heater 58320 used specifically on Sundance & Jacuzzi Spas, Hotspring/Caldera Spas & Southwest Spas. This 2.9kW half-loop style low flow heater includes a built-in Hi-Limit sensor and cable to connect directly to your spa's control box. These heaters have been manufactured by a few brands such as Therm Products, Laing and Sundance/Jacuzzi over the years and this latest model from Balboa is the direct replacement.
Laing/Balboa Heater Overview
- This 58320 Balboa/Laing heater can be found on a wide range of spa control systems, a replacement for Hotspring/Caldera part number 1076701 and Therm Products part number C3264-2.
- Water flow through the heater is determined by an external Harwil flow switch normally just after the heater.
- Internal built-in Hi-Limit sensor with a pre-wired cable to monitor water temperature inside the heater and prevent premature heater failure.
- 3-Core power cable with spade connectors for easy PCB connection.
- 3/4" Vinyl pipe Inlet and outlet connections.
- Found on many spa models from brands such as Sundance & Jacuzzi Spas, Hotspring/Caldera Spas & Southwest Spas.
