Here at Hot Tub Parts Superstore we strive to deliver your purchased products quickly, efficiently and safely to your requested delivery address. We currently use a few shipping companies such as DPD, UPS, & DHL to achieve the most cost effective methods for delivering the different types of products that we stock.
All our shipments are tracked and signed for by our designated shipping companies. If you leave us your mobile telephone number at the payment checkout we will pass this on when shipping with DPD. DPD offer a great service and will notify you by text your delivery date along with your hour time slot on the day of delivery.

Order values over £100 - Free DPD Next day delivery. (Excludes hot tub covers)
Order values between £0-£100 - £7.80 DPD Next day delivery.
Provide your mobile phone number during checkout and you will receive a text from DPD on the morning of delivery day with your 1-hour delivery slot.
Spa and hot tub covers are freight delivered to UK Mainland only at a cost of £24 inc VAT due to size and weight. Delivery to Northern Ireland and Ireland please contact us for a delivery quote. We no longer ship spa covers to other European destinations.

Worldwide Shipping
We will ship spa parts out to any part of the world, if you have seen a part on our website that you can't source locally we will be more than happy to send it out for you simply give us a call or email us with your delivery address and we will come back to you as quickly as possible with a shipping quote.
Shipping Chemicals & Liquids
Due to international chemical handling laws, we can only deliver chemicals and liquids to mainland UK.
Out of Stock Actions
In the unfortunate event of a product that you have ordered being out of stock here is what action is taken.
1/ You will be contacted firstly by phone from the number given on the order or email you if unsuccessful.
2/ If possible, offer you an alternative product that we have in stock.
3/ Alternatives are not always possible so in this case, we would either place the item on backorder or offer you a full refund for your purchase.
4/ Refunds can take up to 7 days, backordered items in most cases take as a rule 7-10 days to re-stock but due to Covid-19 & Brexit delays with manufacturers and production could cause further delays. We will contact you with updates on lead times.
If an item gets put on backorder from a multiple item order we will give you the following choices.
1/ Refund you for this item and send the remainder of the order out to you, notifying you when it returns to stock so you can purchase it.
2/ Hold the full order and wait for the back ordered item to return back into stock, sending you a complete order.
Unfortunately we don't cover double shipping orders, for example send in stock items out and then ship the remaining backordered item when it returns in stock. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.

Sundance/Jacuzzi Spas 2.7kW Low Flo Heater 6500-401
Genuine replacement 2.7kW low flow spa heater assembly 6500-401 used on many Sundance & Jacuzzi spas & hot tubs since 2002. Very distinctive square back style type of low flow spa heater found on Sundance/Jacuzzi models that have the circulation pump option. This 2.7kw model is mounted onto the back of the spas control box and power cable enters directly through the back of the box.

- This 6500-401 Smart heater is used specifically with Sundance/Jacuzzi spa control boxes.
- 3/4" Vinyl pipe Inlet and outlet connections.
- A Laing E10 with 3/4 inch smooth barbed connections is used with this heater.
- Found on many spa models from Sundance Spas & Jacuzzi such as J200, J300, 780 Hamilton, Chelsee, Certa Models, Bahia, Palermo & Cayman.

Heater Fitting & Removal Guide
Drain the spa down, disconnect the heater power cables from the spa control box PCB and unthread the power cable gland on the inside of the control box. Slide back the spring clamps that secure the 3/4 inch vinyl pipe onto the inlet and outlet of the old heater. Heat the vinyl pipe at the heater connections and slide the pipes off. Remove the old heater completely from the spa by unclipping the grey clamps along the top of the control box and pulling the power cables out from the rear of the box. Reinstall the new one the same as you removed. A key point to aid a good tight water seal of the 3/4 inch plumbing connections is to make sure they are heated up when you pop them back on the new heater, whilst hot install the spring clamps and secure in place.
