Here at Hot Tub Parts Superstore we strive to deliver your purchased products quickly, efficiently and safely to your requested delivery address. We currently use a few shipping companies such as DPD, UPS, & DHL to achieve the most cost effective methods for delivering the different types of products that we stock.
All our shipments are tracked and signed for by our designated shipping companies. If you leave us your mobile telephone number at the payment checkout we will pass this on when shipping with DPD. DPD offer a great service and will notify you by text your delivery date along with your hour time slot on the day of delivery.

Order values over £100 - Free DPD Next day delivery. (Excludes hot tub covers)
Order values between £0-£100 - £7.80 DPD Next day delivery.
Provide your mobile phone number during checkout and you will receive a text from DPD on the morning of delivery day with your 1-hour delivery slot.
Spa and hot tub covers are freight delivered to UK Mainland only at a cost of £24 inc VAT due to size and weight. Delivery to Northern Ireland and Ireland please contact us for a delivery quote. We no longer ship spa covers to other European destinations.

Worldwide Shipping
We will ship spa parts out to any part of the world, if you have seen a part on our website that you can't source locally we will be more than happy to send it out for you simply give us a call or email us with your delivery address and we will come back to you as quickly as possible with a shipping quote.
Shipping Chemicals & Liquids
Due to international chemical handling laws, we can only deliver chemicals and liquids to mainland UK.
Out of Stock Actions
In the unfortunate event of a product that you have ordered being out of stock here is what action is taken.
1/ You will be contacted firstly by phone from the number given on the order or email you if unsuccessful.
2/ If possible, offer you an alternative product that we have in stock.
3/ Alternatives are not always possible so in this case, we would either place the item on backorder or offer you a full refund for your purchase.
4/ Refunds can take up to 7 days, backordered items in most cases take as a rule 7-10 days to re-stock but due to Covid-19 & Brexit delays with manufacturers and production could cause further delays. We will contact you with updates on lead times.
If an item gets put on backorder from a multiple item order we will give you the following choices.
1/ Refund you for this item and send the remainder of the order out to you, notifying you when it returns to stock so you can purchase it.
2/ Hold the full order and wait for the back ordered item to return back into stock, sending you a complete order.
Unfortunately we don't cover double shipping orders, for example send in stock items out and then ship the remaining backordered item when it returns in stock. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.

Balboa 2kw GS100 M7 15" Remote Heater - 58350
Official high-quality replacement 2.0kW remote GS100 M7 15" Balboa heater used specifically on hot tubs and spas. This is the 15-inch with 2-inch unions model which was used in conjunction with the old metal boxed GS100. Usually found on plug and play spas as the 2kw element only draws between 8-8.5 amps, thus keeping a spa running below 13 amps when heating.
The following items are included with this complete Balboa 58350 spa heater assembly:
- 2x 2-inch heater gaskets
- 2x Balboa 36-inch M7 sensors
- 1x Power cord with 3-pin Amp plug
- 2x 2-inch plumbing union tailpieces
Balboa Heater Overview
- Remote heater is used specifically with the plastic Balboa GS100 control box and plugs directly onto the PCB with a 3 pin amp plug connector.
- Patented Balboa M7 sensors, one at each end of the heater used to monitor temperature and flow rate within the heater tube.
- Found on many spa brands such as Dream Maker, Passion Spas, Chinese manufactured spas, Wellis Spas, Roto Spas and many others.
- This heater is also available in the smaller 1.5-inch 2kW version.

Heater Fitting & Removal Guide
A very simple heater to replace. Loosen the two heater union collars by hand or with a wrench and if necessary the collars can be split into two and removed completely by unscrewing the two screws on the collar. Unplug the 3-pin amp plug power cable and the two m7 sensors from the GS100 control box printed circuit board by pushing the small tab in and unclipping from the PCB. Remove the heater completely and reinstall in the same order. New gaskets are supplied with the new heater so replace and fit these to your heater union connections.
