Here at Hot Tub Parts Superstore we strive to deliver your purchased products quickly, efficiently and safely to your requested delivery address. We currently use a few shipping companies such as DPD, UPS, & DHL to achieve the most cost effective methods for delivering the different types of products that we stock.
All our shipments are tracked and signed for by our designated shipping companies. If you leave us your mobile telephone number at the payment checkout we will pass this on when shipping with DPD. DPD offer a great service and will notify you by text your delivery date along with your hour time slot on the day of delivery.

Spa and hot tub covers are freight delivered to UK Mainland only at a cost of £24 inc VAT due to size and weight. Delivery to Northern Ireland and Ireland please contact us for a delivery quote. We no longer ship spa covers to other European destinations.

Worldwide Shipping
We will ship spa parts out to any part of the world, if you have seen a part on our website that you can't source locally we will be more than happy to send it out for you simply give us a call or email us with your delivery address and we will come back to you as quickly as possible with a shipping quote.

Due to international chemical handling laws, we can only deliver chemicals and liquids to mainland UK.
Out of Stock Actions
In the unfortunate event of a product that you have ordered being out of stock here is what action is taken.
1/ You will be contacted firstly by phone from the number given on the order or email you if unsuccessful.
2/ If possible, offer you an alternative product that we have in stock.
3/ Alternatives are not always possible so in this case, we would either place the item on backorder or offer you a full refund for your purchase.
4/ Refunds can take up to 7 days, backordered items in most cases take as a rule 7-10 days to re-stock but due to Covid-19 & Brexit delays with manufacturers and production could cause further delays. We will contact you with updates on lead times.
If an item gets put on backorder from a multiple item order we will give you the following choices.
1/ Refund you for this item and send the remainder of the order out to you, notifying you when it returns to stock so you can purchase it.
2/ Hold the full order and wait for the back ordered item to return back into stock, sending you a complete order.
Unfortunately we don't cover double shipping orders, for example send in stock items out and then ship the remaining backordered item when it returns in stock. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.

Genesis GC150-2XJ-B Spaform Pump - Replacement Kit
The Genesis GC150 is a discontinued hot tub pump which can be found on countless Spaform hot tubs and spas. Only a few parts are still available for this pump now such as the motors and the seal kits, the distinctive bright blue wet end is the problem as it became obsolete many years ago. The GC150 pump wet end has a unique thread and union connection that is not used on any other brand of hot tub pump.
This is why we have come up with this brilliant replacement pump kit for the GC150 using the Waterway Hi-Flo (in the second image). The Waterway Hi-Flo is the perfect replacement for the GC150 but has larger 2-inch plumbing union connections so you will need to cut and adapt the spa's plumbing to install it on your Spaform. The basic parts within this kit will 9/10 make this possible with minimal effort.

How to replumb the pipework
You will simply need to cut off the GC150 plumbing unions on your spas pipework, just behind them where they meet the next pipe fitting. All being well this will be a 2-inch fitting and the 2-inch fitting extender provided will glue straight over it. You can then glue on your Waterway 2-inch pump union which will attach to your new Waterway Hi-Flo pump. Carry this out on both connections and connect up your new pump.
A good tip is to clean the fittings with a little glue by applying and wiping off immediately, this will prime the surface ready for the actual gluing. Apply glue to both parts liberally and then push on the new fitting with a slight twist and hold for 10 seconds, this will ensure a good glue joint that will last forever.
Swapping the cable over to your new pump
The replacement pump is NOT supplied with a new cable so you will need to swap over from your old existing GC150 pump. You will have four wires, two of them are live for high and low speeds (Red, Brown or Black) so make a note when installing. Neutral (Blue or White) and Earth (Green).
