Here at Hot Tub Parts Superstore we strive to deliver your purchased products quickly, efficiently and safely to your requested delivery address. We currently use a few shipping companies such as DPD, UPS, & DHL to achieve the most cost effective methods for delivering the different types of products that we stock.
All our shipments are tracked and signed for by our designated shipping companies. If you leave us your mobile telephone number at the payment checkout we will pass this on when shipping with DPD. DPD offer a great service and will notify you by text your delivery date along with your hour time slot on the day of delivery.

Delivery to England, Wales & Scotland (Excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands).
Order values over £100 - Free DPD Next day delivery. (Excludes hot tub covers)
Order values between £0-£100 - £7.80 DPD Next day delivery.
Provide your mobile phone number during checkout and you will receive a text from DPD on the morning of delivery day with your 1-hour delivery slot.
Spa and hot tub covers are freight delivered to UK Mainland only at a cost of £24 inc VAT due to size and weight. Delivery to Northern Ireland and Ireland please contact us for a delivery quote. We no longer ship spa covers to other European destinations.

Worldwide Shipping
We will ship spa parts out to any part of the world, if you have seen a part on our website that you can't source locally we will be more than happy to send it out for you simply give us a call or email us with your delivery address and we will come back to you as quickly as possible with a shipping quote.
Shipping Chemicals & Liquids
Due to international chemical handling laws, we can only deliver chemicals and liquids to mainland UK.
Out of Stock Actions
In the unfortunate event of a product that you have ordered being out of stock here is what action is taken.
1/ You will be contacted firstly by phone from the number given on the order or email you if unsuccessful.
2/ If possible, offer you an alternative product that we have in stock.
3/ Alternatives are not always possible so in this case, we would either place the item on backorder or offer you a full refund for your purchase.
4/ Refunds can take up to 7 days, backordered items in most cases take as a rule 7-10 days to re-stock but due to Covid-19 & Brexit delays with manufacturers and production could cause further delays. We will contact you with updates on lead times.
If an item gets put on backorder from a multiple item order we will give you the following choices.
1/ Refund you for this item and send the remainder of the order out to you, notifying you when it returns to stock so you can purchase it.
2/ Hold the full order and wait for the back ordered item to return back into stock, sending you a complete order.
Unfortunately we don't cover double shipping orders, for example send in stock items out and then ship the remaining backordered item when it returns in stock. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.

Hydroair Perseus HA460 Whirlpool Bath Pump
Complete replacement Hydroair Perseus HA460 pump designed specifically for use with spas, hot tubs and whirlpool baths. This compact high-performance pump from Hydroair delivers a high flow output for its size, silent running and comes complete with a built-in pneumatic air switch for use with whirlpool bath applications.
Centre Discharge - This means that the inlet and outlet plumbing union connections are in-line with each other as opposed to the more common side discharge union connections which are offset from each other.
These circulation pumps can be found on older Spaform Spas and large whirlpool baths. Replaces older Hydroair Perseus 460 pump models.
Hydroair Perseus HA460 Pump Overview
- This is a 1-speed circulation pump so the single low speed is for the filtration and heating of your spa or jets operation on a Whirlpool bath.
- Pump wet end connects to 1.5-inch plumbing unions on the inlet and outlet. Both connections have a 63mm outside thread diameter and you can use 1.5-inch union O'rings to seal the plumbing union connections.
- Pump wet end can be rotated from the standard 12 O'clock position to 3 O'clock or 9 O'clock position easily by removing the four bolts that attach the wet end to the motor.
- Wiring - This replacement Perseus HA460 pump is supplied with a new cable but you may need to swap the cable over from your old existing Hydroair pump as a control box connection type may vary. You will have three wires, live for the single high speed (Brown or Black). Neutral (Blue or White) and Earth (Green).
- Supplied with an air switch on the electrical box but can disregard if unneeded.
