Here at Hot Tub Parts Superstore we strive to deliver your purchased products quickly, efficiently and safely to your requested delivery address. We currently use a few shipping companies such as DPD, UPS, & DHL to achieve the most cost effective methods for delivering the different types of products that we stock.
All our shipments are tracked and signed for by our designated shipping companies. If you leave us your mobile telephone number at the payment checkout we will pass this on when shipping with DPD. DPD offer a great service and will notify you by text your delivery date along with your hour time slot on the day of delivery.

Spa and hot tub covers are freight delivered to UK Mainland only at a cost of £24 inc VAT due to size and weight. Delivery to Northern Ireland and Ireland please contact us for a delivery quote. We no longer ship spa covers to other European destinations.

Worldwide Shipping
We will ship spa parts out to any part of the world, if you have seen a part on our website that you can't source locally we will be more than happy to send it out for you simply give us a call or email us with your delivery address and we will come back to you as quickly as possible with a shipping quote.
Shipping Chemicals & Liquids
Due to international chemical handling laws, we can only deliver chemicals and liquids to mainland UK.
Out of Stock Actions
In the unfortunate event of a product that you have ordered being out of stock here is what action is taken.
1/ You will be contacted firstly by phone from the number given on the order or email you if unsuccessful.
2/ If possible, offer you an alternative product that we have in stock.
3/ Alternatives are not always possible so in this case, we would either place the item on backorder or offer you a full refund for your purchase.
4/ Refunds can take up to 7 days, backordered items in most cases take as a rule 7-10 days to re-stock but due to Covid-19 & Brexit delays with manufacturers and production could cause further delays. We will contact you with updates on lead times.
If an item gets put on backorder from a multiple item order we will give you the following choices.
1/ Refund you for this item and send the remainder of the order out to you, notifying you when it returns to stock so you can purchase it.
2/ Hold the full order and wait for the back ordered item to return back into stock, sending you a complete order.
Unfortunately we don't cover double shipping orders, for example send in stock items out and then ship the remaining backordered item when it returns in stock. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.

LX H30-R3 3kW Heater 1.5", No P/Switch Cable (T-Shaped)
Genuine replacement Chinese T-shaped LX H30-R3 3.0kW heater assembly without pressure switch cable specifically for use with Hot Tubs & Spas. This LX H30-R3 heater has a T-shaped design with 1.5-inch plumbing union connections that are usually connected directly to the outlet plumbing connection of the spas circulation pump. There is also a straight and L-shaped version of this heater assembly available.

Heater Fitting & Removal Guide
This Chinese LX H30-R3 remote heater is very easy to install. Remove the old one by first turning the power off to the spa and removing the front cover of the main spa control box. Unscrew the power cable connections from the PCB and remove the cable from the control box completely. Go to the heater and either by hand or with an oil filter wrench unthread the heater plumbing union collars each side of the heater tube assembly. You can remove these collars completely if more access is needed to remove the heater by unscrewing the two screws on each collar. The heater will have a small earth chassis cable going to it so remove this from the heater, no remove the heater completely and reinstall your new replacement in the same order as it was removed. New gaskets are supplied with the new heater so install these into the existing plumbing unions when you reinstall.
