Delivery Services & Prices
Here at Hot Tub Parts Superstore, we strive to deliver your purchased products quickly, efficiently and safely to your requested delivery address. We currently use a few shipping companies such as DPD, EVRI, & DHL to achieve the most cost-effective methods for delivering the different types of products that we stock.
All our shipments are tracked and signed for by our designated shipping companies. If you leave us your mobile telephone number at the payment checkout, we will pass this on to the courier, and usually they will text you with delivery updates.
Most products are available for next working day delivery if ordered before 2 PM Between Monday-Friday.
Expect orders placed on Friday to be delivered on Monday.

Please check the delivery information provided on the product pages for more information, as this does not apply to every single product on our website.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Although we do our absolute best to deliver next working day it is not guaranteed. At least 99% of our orders do and will arrive next working day but there are exceptions.
- We do not offer refunds for late arrival.
- When you receive your email notification from the courier, you will be given the option to change your delivery details. If you use this service and there is an issue with the courier, we accept no responsibility.

DPD Next day delivery. £7.95. (Excludes hot tub covers)
DPD Next day delivery (Before 10:30 am). £19.80 (Excludes hot tub covers)
DPD Next day delivery. (Before 12:00 am). £11.10 (Excludes hot tub covers)
Provide your mobile phone number during checkout and you will receive a text from DPD on the morning of delivery day with your 1-hour delivery slot.
Spa and hot tub covers are freight delivered to UK Mainland only at a cost of £24 inc VAT due to size and weight. We no longer ship spa covers to Ireland, Northern Ireland or any other European/International destinations.

Worldwide Shipping
We will ship spa parts out to any part of the world, if you have seen a part on our website that you can't source locally we will be more than happy to send it out for you simply give us a call or email us with your delivery address and we will come back to you as quickly as possible with a shipping quote.
Shipping Chemicals & Liquids
Due to international chemical handling laws, we can only deliver chemicals and liquids to mainland UK.
Out of Stock Actions
In the unfortunate event of a product that you have ordered being out of stock here is what action is taken.
1/ You will be contacted firstly by phone from the number given on the order or email you if unsuccessful.
2/ If possible, offer you an alternative product that we have in stock.
3/ Alternatives are not always possible so in this case, we would either place the item on backorder or offer you a full refund for your purchase.
4/ Refunds can take up to 7 days, backordered items in most cases take as a rule 7-10 days to re-stock but due to Covid-19 & Brexit delays with manufacturers and production could cause further delays. We will contact you with updates on lead times.
If an item gets put on backorder from a multiple item order we will give you the following choices.
1/ Refund you for this item and send the remainder of the order out to you, notifying you when it returns to stock so you can purchase it.
2/ Hold the full order and wait for the back ordered item to return back into stock, sending you a complete order.
Unfortunately we don't cover double shipping orders, for example send in stock items out and then ship the remaining backordered item when it returns in stock. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.
