Here at Hot Tub Parts Superstore we strive to deliver your purchased products quickly, efficiently and safely to your requested delivery address. We currently use a few shipping companies such as DPD, UPS, & DHL to achieve the most cost effective methods for delivering the different types of products that we stock.
All our shipments are tracked and signed for by our designated shipping companies. If you leave us your mobile telephone number at the payment checkout we will pass this on when shipping with DPD. DPD offer a great service and will notify you by text your delivery date along with your hour time slot on the day of delivery.

Delivery to England, Wales & Scotland (Excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands).
Order values over £100 - Free DPD Next day delivery. (Excludes hot tub covers)
Order values between £0-£100 - £7.80 DPD Next day delivery.
Provide your mobile phone number during checkout and you will receive a text from DPD on the morning of delivery day with your 1-hour delivery slot.
Spa and hot tub covers are freight delivered to UK Mainland only at a cost of £24 inc VAT due to size and weight. Delivery to Northern Ireland and Ireland please contact us for a delivery quote. We no longer ship spa covers to other European destinations.

Worldwide Shipping
We will ship spa parts out to any part of the world, if you have seen a part on our website that you can't source locally we will be more than happy to send it out for you simply give us a call or email us with your delivery address and we will come back to you as quickly as possible with a shipping quote.
Shipping Chemicals & Liquids
Due to international chemical handling laws, we can only deliver chemicals and liquids to mainland UK.
Out of Stock Actions
In the unfortunate event of a product that you have ordered being out of stock here is what action is taken.
1/ You will be contacted firstly by phone from the number given on the order or email you if unsuccessful.
2/ If possible, offer you an alternative product that we have in stock.
3/ Alternatives are not always possible so in this case, we would either place the item on backorder or offer you a full refund for your purchase.
4/ Refunds can take up to 7 days, backordered items in most cases take as a rule 7-10 days to re-stock but due to Covid-19 & Brexit delays with manufacturers and production could cause further delays. We will contact you with updates on lead times.
If an item gets put on backorder from a multiple item order we will give you the following choices.
1/ Refund you for this item and send the remainder of the order out to you, notifying you when it returns to stock so you can purchase it.
2/ Hold the full order and wait for the back ordered item to return back into stock, sending you a complete order.
Unfortunately we don't cover double shipping orders, for example send in stock items out and then ship the remaining backordered item when it returns in stock. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.

Waterway 1hp Uni Might Circulation Pump Wet End (1.5")
Genuine direct replacement Waterway 48 Frame Uni Might circulation pump wet end. It is a unique wet end that is not very common as it has the inlet and outlet positions entering and exiting on the same side. This wet-end model has 1.5-inch sized union connections on both the inlet and outlet (1.5 inches = 63mm thread OD).
Through our many years of experience, this wet end is only really found on Saratoga Spas here in the UK and they are always fitted to Emerson motors. These are the same Emerson motors used with the Aqua-flo Circ Master circulation pumps, we believe that due to the restricted space within the cabinets on Saratoga spas that is why this wet end has been used on their circulation pumps.
This complete Waterway wet end includes the following items:
- Impeller - 1hp
- Housing (Rear Volute & faceplate)
- Ceramic mechanical shaft seal
- All associated internal O' Rings
Pump Wet End Overview
- Wet End Rotation - All pump wet ends can be installed onto pump motors in three positions, 12 O'clock, 3 O'clock or 9 O'clock easily so that they can attach to your spas plumbing unions.
- Same Side Discharge - This means the inlet (suction) and outlet (Discharge) are on the same side and water is entering and exiting on the same side.
- Fitment - The wet end can be attached to an EMG motor by four small 1/4" bolts. Sold separately. The USA motors such as Emerson motors the bolts run through the inside of the motor from the back to the front and attach to the wet end.
- These 1hp 48 Frame Waterway Uni Might wet ends can be bolted onto any 48-frame motors used with Waterway pumps. Will fit motors made by brands such as EMG, EME, AO Smith, Franklin Electric, Century Laser, US Motors & Emerson. Does NOT fit Chinese-manufactured motors from LX pumps.
